Patrick’s real estate career began in 2006 working for a boutique firm in Raleigh. He moved on and spent time honing his skills and gaining experience with larger firms, Coldwell Banker and Allen Tate. In 2014, Patrick relocated to Wilmington with his wife Erin and young son William. Here he started Flat Fee Realty & Management LLC. The company has been and continues to be very successful. Patrick has helped save hundreds of thousands of dollars in commission for over 100 clients.
Patrick’s specialty is working with sellers. He has a straightforward and honest approach, always putting his client’s best interests ahead of anything else. With extensive experience negotiating, pricing homes, assisting buyers, managing rental homes, and being an active investor himself, you can rest assured Patrick has the experience to lead you to a happy closing!
Patrick lives in Pine Valley and is a member of Pine Valley Country Club. He enjoys golf, tennis, and hanging out at the pool and beaches with his family. Travel, live music, reading, and exploring Wilmington’s great restaurants with his wife are his favorite activities.
